Manager of Operations
Ferya brings to IC-IMPACTS a blend of scientific and professional experience. Having progressed through various roles at IC-IMPACTS, she has acquired extensive experience in strategic communications, program management, corporate strategy, policy and business development, and stakeholder relations. She previously served as the Executive Assistant to IC-IMPACTS Chief Executive Officer and worked collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization. Ferya also served in the position of Event Manager, overseeing event budget, program, website and registration.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Ferya holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in Structural and Earthquake Engineering, and has experience working as an Engineer in Training. Ferya actively supports the advancement of women’s leadership and has achieved effective outcomes in leading and growing professionals through efficient operations management, creating a culture that attracts and retains talented professionals and develops high performance teams. Ferya is focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.
