


IC-IMPACTS HQPs provided a detailed tour of some of the state of the art laboratories at The University of British Columbia, showcasing IC-IMPACTS research projects. HQPs had the opportunity to present their work on self-healing concrete, clean water technologies, and 3D printing of concrete structures.


The lab tour was followed by student presentations and a roundtable discussion with IC-IMPACTS graduate students, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Promoting student mobility programs, creating networking opportunities amongst researchers, strengthening research exchange opportunities for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows where amongst the topics discussed.
