Call for Nominations: 2023 IC-IMPACTS HQP Research Paper Awards

The annual IC-IMPACTS HQP Research Paper Awards are presented to IC-IMPACTS HQP (graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, or Research Associates) who have published their work in a peer-reviewed journal with a high impact factor.

About This Award

For the 2023 Awards, the paper should have been published in a high impact factor journal between May 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022. The HQP submitting the application should be the first author.

The competition serves to showcase the high quality of work by the HQP (and their collaborators) and the excellence of the research. IC-IMPACTS HQP Research Paper Awards Committee will evaluate the submissions and select the top candidates.

Four Prizes will be awarded this year, one for each one of IC-IMPACTS Themes (Safe & Sustainable Infrastructure, Integrated Water Management, Public Health and Food Security). Each award will include an IC-IMPACTS Citation and a prize of $1,000 CAD (to be shared amongst HQP co-authors if applicable).
