The village of Lytton is located in British Columbia, Canada, sitting at the confluence of the Thompson River and Fraser River. Lytton is currently home to 228 people, with another 1,700 in the immediate area living in rural areas and on reserves of the neighbouring six Nlaka’pamux communities
Patna is located in Bihar state of India and it has a population of over 2 million. In Bihar, over 50,000 new cases of Tuberculosis were identified in 2014. To tackle this global health problem, a team led by Dr. Madhukar Pai, is conducting an innovative research project that engages pharmacists to improve early detection of TB.
Thondebhavi is a rural village in Gauribidanur of Chikkaballapura district, Karnataka (outside of Bangalore, India). In early 2015, Canadian and Indian collaborators came together to build Thondebhavi’s first paved road.
